The first film in the Gadar series was released in 2001, and here is the sequel. The 2001 release of the action-romance-drama film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha is considered one of the landmarks of Indian cinema and generated significant box office revenue.
After 22 years, the creators are finally releasing its sequel in response to its success! The plot of Gadar 2 remains the same with the lead character Tara Singh returning to Pakistan to bring her song Charanjeet back to India.
This novel is set in 1970s India, during the Indo-Pakistani war, and Tara Singh will face danger while crossing borders during this time. Sunny deol, Ameesha PatelSimrat Kaur, Utkarsh Sharma and Luv Sinha all play important roles in the Anil Sharma-directed film.
3. Oh my God 2 | August 11 | Theatrical release
Without a doubt, it is one of the most anticipated films of the month of July. A successful first installment of the OMG franchise’s comedy-drama films was released in 2012. Following this success, the filmmakers recapture the magic of that film in a follow-up with an entirely new plot and cast of characters.
OMG 2 is a contrasting story about a guy whose son is having problems in life; it also challenges blind faith and the commercialization of religion and faith. 4. Tariq | August 15 | Theatrical release
It is a mystery drama film based on a true story which will be released on July 4th. Arun Gopalan is the director of the film and John Abraham and Rukmini Maitra play the key actors. Apart from the lead actors, the film also stars Gajala, Sujith Shankar and Bajrang Bali Singh in important roles.

5. Dream Girl 2 | August 25 | Theatrical release
Additionally, it is the sequel to the comedy-drama Dream Girl. Ayushman Khurrana, who plays a host on a late-night radio show, starred in the first film. The second film is expected to have the same sense of humor and surprise as the first.
The protagonist of the novel is Karam, a man from Mathura who plays the imaginative Pooja on a talk show while simultaneously trying to win over Priya, the girl of his dreams. There could be a lot of comedic mishaps in this movie!
6. The vaccine war|August 15, 2023 |Theatrical release
A deadly viral outbreak and the search for a cure are the central themes of this sci-fi thriller. featuring a wide range of Bollywood celebrities. A mysterious virus that has infected millions of people around the world and for which there is no known treatment is described in The Vaccine War as having no known cure.
