British musician, songwriter and actor Billy Idol, William Michael Albert Broad, was born on November 30, 1955.
Idol was born in Stanmore, Middlesex in the United Kingdom to Joan Broad and Bill Broad and has the same parents as her sister Jane Broad.
His parents were devout Anglicans who attended church regularly. Idol is half Irish; his mother was an O’Sullivan, born in Cork.
