Longo learned to play the piano at a young age by teaching himself, as he comes from a family of artists and musicians. In addition to acting and studying theater, he began his acting career at a young age.

At the Denver Performing Arts Academy, Longo appeared as Danny in Grease and Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet.

Longo played dancer Eddie in the 2006 direct-to-video film Hip Hop Kidz: It’s a Beautiful Thing. The following year, he appeared as Dave in “Ball Don’t Lie” with Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and Nick Cannon.

Ahead of the summer release of the fifth installment of the Bring It On series, Bring It On: Fight to the Finish, Longo made a guest appearance on the television show Medium as Evan, Christina Milian’s lover and the brother of her nemesis.

In December 2009, Longo began her six-episode guest role as gymnast Nicky Russo on ABC Family’s Make It or Break It. Longo became friends with co-stars Nico Tortorella and Johnny Pacar and the two formed the band Forever The Tag in 2009.

“Rich Boy, Rich Girl” was released in 2017. Longo plays Andy Palazzo, a millennial who begins a relationship under false pretenses but ends up being everything he hoped for.

In March 2018, B. Harrison Smith’s “Death House” was shown in select theaters. As one of two spies trying to escape a house of horrors while being pursued by a horde of violent convicts, Longo plays Agent Jae Novak.
