Griffin and his girlfriend announced their engagement intentions on September 21, 2020, on his YouTube show “Riffin With Griffin.” Initially, the couple said they had been living together since the outbreak. They said they addressed their concerns and got to know each other better.
Griffin said they were engaged during quarantine and were looking for Sklar’s perfect ring.
However, he explained that his partner didn’t like surprises and that he left her to look for the ring she wanted. Sklar discovered the ring months after the interview. She announced her engagement on Instagram on July 5, 2021. She showed off her oval diamond engagement ring in a photo with her fiancé. Griffin also shared the happy news on Instagram, where he shared a monochrome version of Sklar’s photo and wrote, “I liked it so I put a ring on it.”

A few weeks after announcing their engagement, Griffin revealed in an Instagram video that he had to propose to his girlfriend every morning. According to her memoir, Sklar took off her engagement ring every night before bed. Then every morning, she put the ring in the box and delivered it to the actor. Then, Griffin had to dig up the ring and propose to Sklar again. The Workaholics star proposed to his fiancée at a screening, adding that her final years were the best of her life. Before putting the ring on her finger, he said it was a wonderful gift.
There’s no doubt that the Los Angeles native and Sklar are in love and are already planning their wedding. In a June 26, 2021 Instagram post, Sklar asked her followers to suggest an ocean view wedding venue in Los Angeles. She said she would look for a wedding dress next.
