THE Finn Balor, first WWE Universal Champion was born on July 25Th1981 as Fergal Devitt. He is an Irish professional wrestler Who currently appears under the Smackdown brand. He is one of the few WWE Superstars to retain this status. going back and forth between NXT and the main roster.

Balor gained immense fame in his time New Japanese professional wrestling (NJPW). He wrestled under the ring name Prince Devitt, where he won the Junior Heavyweight Champion and Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship several times. Balor is also a founding member and original leader of the Bullet Club stable.
Thanks to NJPW’s wrestling work with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre, Balor also had the opportunity to wrestle there. He was soon signed to WWE’s developmental brand, NXT. Here he adopted his current ring name, Finn Balor. He quickly debuted on the main roster and became the first WWE Universal Champion.
