Zachary Kapono Wilson is a young and talented quarterback from Utah. He played college football at BYU and impressed everyone with his top-notch performances. In fact, he was named bowl game MVP twice.

However, Zach recently found himself in a controversy. In an interview with Desert NewsZach has spoken at length about his religious beliefs. Although he admitted that he believed himself to be Mormon, he refused to be treated as a representative of the faith.
“I have nothing against it, it’s just that I wasn’t actively raised in the church,“He said.”I am not the “figurehead” of the Church. …I’ve never really been a practitioner my whole life, but I just haven’t been very involved in it. My family and I certainly share the same morals and values as the Church, but I really didn’t know much about doctrine and such until I came to BYU.“, he added.
However, a video recently went viral on Twitter in which Wilson was seen making a joke about Mormon leader Joseph Smith. “You throw like Joseph Smith tells you, play from the sidelines“, ” the guy can be heard saying in the video, before Zach Wilson says: “Joseph Smith made 100 motherfuckers.”
As reported Sideaction.com, Zach even contacted her to have the video removed. Zach is still in his early days at the highest level and he could get in trouble for saying things like that at this point.
