Valorant has a range of 16 agents and 6 maps for all of its players to choose from. While it doesn’t offer the ability to select a player’s favorite map, the game claims to follow an algorithm so that the same map is not repeated multiple times for a player.
Some players may feel the need to queue jump in Valorant for a variety of reasons. Players may find their main agents blocked by other players in the queue, find themselves matched against a map they didn’t select, or even be removed from the queue due to internet issues or crashes. There are a few ways to intentionally queue jump in Valorant if a player wants to skip that particular game.
A player cannot simply select an agent and let the timer run down until the queue is skipped. Players should keep in mind that if they actually select an agent and do not ban them, the queue will not be bypassed and they may be assigned a random agent if they select the same agent as another teammate. Another way to avoid this is to disconnect the device from the Internet or even close the game while queuing.
