The “Impotent Rage” outfit can be unlocked after collecting 100 figures in Los Santos and Blaine County. These figurines can appear in the form of GTA 5 pop culture characters such as Princess Bubblegum, Republican Space Rangers, Powerless Rage or even aliens. Each collected figure rewards the player with $1,000 and 1,000 RP. After collecting 98 figures, two unique figures resembling Bigfoot and the Beast appear at Thompson’s junkyard.
