Biography of Ana Kasparian

Ana Kasparian was born Anahit Misak Kasparian on July 7, 1986 in Los Angeles to an Armenian family and grew up with Armenian as her native language since her parents spoke in her native language at home.

She didn’t speak English until she entered kindergarten, and from then on, she slowly began to learn the English language.

Ana studied at Alternative Magnet High School in Van Nuys and graduated in 2004. For her higher education, she chose journalism as her major and enrolled at California State University.

She graduated in 2007 and had big ambitions: to make a name for herself in the world of journalism. So she started interning at various news and radio stations.

She graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Ana graduated from Cal Northridge in 2010 with a Master of Arts in Political Science.
