Is Lil Dicky a Gay Man?
In Dave’s third episode, “The Observer,” Burd filmed intimate scenes with his longtime friend and co-star Benny Blanco. While showering together in their birthday suits, the two men performed homoerotic acts. They kissed and painted each other’s toes, leading the other characters to wonder if they were gay.
Then, in a shocking turn of events, the duo and the rest of the cast explained that white men have more freedom than black men to engage in romantic relationships. Many viewers were reassured that Burd and Blanco were not heterosexual in real life because their chemistry was on point in the comedy.
One Twitter user commented on the episode and wrote, “Benny Blanco and Lil Dicky are so gay for this scene.” “Lil Dicky is confirmed gay lol,” said another. A third Twitter user commented on how Burd went full gay in season 2.
Although fans have expressed their thoughts on the rapper’s romantic leanings, Burd has never publicly stated that he is gay. His relationship, however, suggests otherwise.

Burd revealed that he was in a relationship in an interview with GQ magazine on July 24, 2021. Although he did not reveal the identity of his girlfriend, the Pennsylvania native hinted that they were serious . The 33-year-old also said he was serious about the future and wanted a wife. When he was single, he managed to meet someone worthy once a week.

In his song “Molly,” the “Earth” creator even described his ex-girlfriend and their relationship, hinting that he still loved her despite their unhappy breakup. The song described taking care of one’s ex-girlfriend’s wedding as a guest and expressing sadness over the experience.
Surprisingly, his fans believe that Ally, played by Taylor Misiak, is based on his ex-girlfriend in the drama Dave. Ally and Dave broke up in the show’s first season because Ally couldn’t support Dave’s budding rap career.

When asked about a possible third season of the series, Lil Dicky told Deadline: “Look, I have to be honest with you. I’m not even done with this finale we’re talking about. I submitted every episode of the season on time, about four days before it aired on television.
He went on to say that he had completely lost his confidence and was working at a pace he never thought he could achieve. So season 3 was the last thing on his mind at that point. However, given the success of the series, it wouldn’t be surprising if Netflix renewed it for a third season soon.
