When was Jace the Mind Sculptor banned?

Why is kokusho prohibited?
He remains banned as a commander because the mechanics of command allow him to circumvent the best way to deal with it – the graveyard hatred mentioned above. Exiling him as a creature is the end of that. As a commander, it’s license to start again.
Why is Sylvan Primordial banned?

How does Commander MTG work?

Why is balance prohibited?
Especially one that is (in terms of price) as expensive as Libra. That said, it’s banned because it’s so powerful and because the card is so expensive. It’s perhaps the best carte blanche in this format, and the only thing that comes close in terms of breaking a game is Armageddon.
