His real name was revealed after seven years
Isabella was 11 years old when she moved in with her mother Rosario in 2013 and was adopted in 2014. Rosario did not reveal her true identity until 2021. Before her true identity was discovered, Isabella was named Lola. When asked about Lola’s age on the Parents’ We Are Family podcast, she claimed that Lola was not her real name. She further claimed that she did not give him a name when he was adopted. Isabella has no idea where the name came from, but it was like someone kept his name and everyone kept chasing him.
She didn’t feel the need to correct this at the time, but as her daughter grew up, Isabella didn’t like that everyone called her Lola, so she decided to officially go by her name. Isabella owes its name to Isabel, her grandmother.
What motivated his mother to adopt an older child?
Rosario revealed the real reason for adopting an older child during a speech on The Kelly Clarkson Show. She was only five years old when she discovered that her father was not her biological father, which changed her attitude towards adoption. He married her mother when she was 18, had a one-year-old daughter and raised her as his own. She said she may have come from single-parent homes like other kids in the neighborhood, but her father married her mother when she was little.
Five-year-old Dawson then considered the possibility that his father had not married his mother. Would anyone want to marry their mother? She remembers telling her parents that she was considering adopting older children because it’s easy to adopt a fairly small baby, but what about children her age and older who also need parents? It is unknown if she has any biological siblings. However, she is Rosario’s only adopted child.

Rosario revealed to Access in December 2018 that Isabella does not own a cell phone. She thinks it’s vital, but grew up without it. Isabella went on to say that there is a lot of talk about brain development and the importance of learning in three dimensions. She also said she discussed it with Isabella and cited examples of other children growing up online based on their likes and dislikes.
