Mallory Diane Pugh is an American soccer player who plays as a forward for the Chicago Red Stars of the All-American Women’s Soccer League.
She is the youngest player in USWNT history with 10 career assists, holds the record for most assists in USWNT history under the age of 20, and is the youngest player in USWNT history at age 17 (in January 2016) who was selected. She was the youngest person to participate in the Olympic qualifying tournament.

Mallory Diane Pugh (born April 29, 1998) is an American soccer player who plays as a forward for the Chicago Red Stars in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), the top division of professional women’s soccer in the United States, and in the United States. United. States played against the state women’s national soccer team (USWNT).
After playing extensively for the U-17 and U-20 teams, Pugh made his USWNT debut on January 23, 2016 in an international friendly match against Ireland. At 17, she was the youngest to make her international debut since Heather O’Reilly in 2002. Pugh scored in the 83rd minute in her first appearance, becoming the 19th USWNT player to score on debut .
That same year, Pugh was part of the 18-member team that represented the United States at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. There, Pugh scored his first Olympic goal against Colombia, giving the United States a 2–1 lead. Her goal also made her the youngest player to ever score for the United States in the Olympics.
Mallory was born in Lyttelton, Colorado, to Karen and Horace Pugh and raised in Highland Ranch, Colorado with her older sister Brianna. His mother was a cross-country runner and his father played track and field and soccer.
Growing up, Pugh considered her older sister Briana a role model and credited her with the reason she started playing soccer. She started playing soccer at the age of 4 and has since followed in her older sister’s footsteps and joined elite clubs. She played football for the Real Madrid association in the National League.

His mother, Karen, was a long-distance runner. She ran track, cross country and country at Englewood High School in Denver. While studying at Metropolitan State University, she often ran for fitness training.
