Players can obtain Redstone Dust by breaking Redstone Blocks, which players can find underground in the overworld. It can be broken with an iron pickaxe or higher. Each redstone block has a chance to drop 4-5 redstone dust.
Minecraft Redstone Dust can also be found on jungle temple traps and players can smash it by hand to disarm the trap and gain access. Chests in dungeons, mineshafts, fortresses, villages, and forest mansions may also contain redstone dust.
Witches also have a chance to drop 0-2 Redstone Dust when killed. Religious villagers also sell redstone dust for emeralds.
Used for Redstone Dust


The main objective is to connect circuits and create a path for the Red Stone Power travel through. When placed on an opaque block and connected to a circuit, it turns into redstone wire. The power can be transmitted over 15 blocks and gradually weakens as the distance increases.
