Spawn
Skeleton Horses can only spawn from “Skeleton Traps”. They are horses that are spawned from a Lightning A blow that strikes a horse during a thunderstorm. Players who approach a horse with a Skeleton Trap will be greeted by another bolt of lightning that will strike the horse, transforming it into a Skeleton Rider.
This also spawns three more Skeleton Riders in the same area. The skeletons spawn with an enchanted iron helmet and an enchanted bow. Killing this skeleton will give you more EXP!
Behavior and Used

These are passive mobs and can be tamed by the player.
Like Minecraft’s powered rails, the Skeleton Horse is one of the fastest forms of transportation in the game. They can jump over 5 blocks and are one of the fastest mobs in the game.
A unique feature of this mob is that the Skeleton Horse drowns in water, allowing players to ride the mob to the bottom of the sea!
They can be ridden by placing a saddle on the back and can also be carried on a leash. The saddle is not mandatory in the Bedrock edition.
drops

Once killed, a Skeleton Horse will drop:
- 0-2 bones
- 1 to 3 EXP orbs
