Nate worked as a water meter reader before discovering he could become a successful comedian in Hollywood. While in this position, he and a colleague decided to quit their jobs and move to Chicago to pursue careers in comedy. Moving to Chicago in 2002 dramatically changed his life. They both put in a lot of effort and learned a lot of fun things. They first worked in a nearby pub to raise money to cover the costs of the famous development centre. Nate then moved to New York, where he honed his skills performing on small stages in nightclubs and pubs. In 2008, he finally got a job on Conan O’Brien’s Late Night Show, and in 2009, he worked there as well.
In 2013, he participated in Jimmy Fallon’s “Clean Cut Comedy Tour”. The same year, he received awards from the New York Comedy Festival and the Boston Comedy Festival. He then had several opportunities to write for television shows such as Stand Up Planet, Brad Paisley’s Comedy Rodeo, Laugh Factory and many others. His first album “Yelled at by a Clown” was released in 2014. His CD was a success and entered the top ten of the Billboard comedy charts.
