NIA Recruitment 2023 Eligibility
The qualification requirements for the above mentioned job are listed in the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023.
Inspector
Deputy Officers of the Central or State/Union Territory Governments:-
- Regularly perform equivalent roles in the parent setting or department; Or
- With 5 years of regular service at grade rendered in postings in Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9,300 to 34,800 with Grade Pay Rs 4,200 in parent cadre or department.
Sub-Inspector
Officers of the Central Government, State Governments and Union Territories include:
- Regularly hold comparable positions in the parent setting or department.
- 6 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment in pay band-1 of Rs 5200-20200 with a remuneration of Rs 2800 in the parent cadre or department.
Sub-Inspector (Assistant)
Officers of Central Police Organizations, State Police Organizations, Government Intelligence Agency or other investigative agencies, –
- Regularly hold comparable positions in the parent setting or department.
- Head Police Constable in the pay matrix at Level 4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) with five years of regular employment at this grade in the State or Central police organizations.
NIA Recruitment 2023 Term
Candidates will be selected for a period not exceeding three years as stated in the official notification of NIA Recruitment 2023.
Experience and Qualifications for NIA Recruitment 2023
Candidates for NIA Recruitment 2023 must possess the following qualification.
Inspector
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution.
- Two years of experience managing criminal investigation matters, intelligence work or operations, information technology matters, or counter-terrorism training.
Sub-Inspector
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution.
- Two years of experience in criminal case investigations, intelligence work or operations, cyber affairs or counterterrorism training.
Assistant Sub-Inspector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- At least two years of experience in criminal investigations, intelligence work or operations, or information technology management.
Paying for NIA Recruitment in 2023
