An unfortunate post appeared on Twitter when a Little League coach mentioned the name Kenneth Wendt was observed misbehaving with 9-year-old junior baseball players. His poor sportsmanship was caught on camera, the coach actually took out his frustration on a few nine year olds, amazing right?
Kenneth Wendt, a sergeant with the Harris County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office, was fired for his actions after his 9-year-old team, Scorpions Baseball, lost a game to Prospects Baseball on Saturday.
Both teams lined up, ready to high-five like the big guns do. But Kennedy Wendt, the only little gunslinger with a bad mentality, seen in the video wearing khaki shorts, went too far. He saw himself bumping into the first children in line. Even his parents were frustrated because they found him too aggressive.
“Nothing in the world gives you the right to do that to children.” said 9U baseball prospects coach Victor Torres. “How is this possible when you hold them to higher standards? And then you come here and do this with kids, with 9-year-olds.
