Outlast is a reality TV show on Netflix that follows 16 “lone wolf” survivors as they fight in the Alaskan wilderness for a million-dollar prize. The players are divided into four teams. They can change teams at any time, but the only way to exit the game is to fire a flare gun.
The first season of the series has eight episodes and the winning team of Seth Lueker, Paul Preece and Nick Radner receives $333,000 each. Candidates are willing to take risks to win, even if it means putting their lives in danger or being evacuated.

Survive the plot
In the reality TV show Outlast, 16 people are dropped into the Alaskan jungle and divided into four teams. The main objective is to outlast other teams and win the big prize of one million dollars. There are no rules or limits, and only one team can win. People on the show may leave on their own or due to a medical emergency.
When there are only two teams left, they must run or walk to see who will win. In fall 2021, the first season was filmed near the Neka River on Chichagof Island, west of Juneau. Critics point out that the series lacks clear rules, which can lead to cheating and put other players at risk.

Justin Court
Justin Court is a 44-year-old blacksmith from Grange, Kentucky. He has been fishing, hunting and trapping for a long time. People remember how mean he was and the internet can be very harsh.
Jill Ashock
Jill Ashock, from New Haven, Kentucky, had a difficult childhood and had to prove her worth every step of the way. The 40-year-old private detective and firefighter is a hunter and uses her skills well in the series.
Nick Radner
Nick Radner, a 36-year-old wrestling teacher, is one of the winners of the show because he made it out of the Alaskan wilderness alive.
Seth Lueker
Seth Lueker is a 31-year-old electrician from Winchester, Virginia who had no trouble surviving in the harshest conditions of the desert. He learned by hunting and living with his grandparents. Seth Lueker won a share of the $1 million prize pool simply because he was good at what he did. After his superb victory, the player is now doing numerous interviews.
Angie Kenai
Angie Kenai is 30 years old and works as a vacation manager. She lives in San Antonio, Texas. In a male-dominated world, she had to prove herself at every step, and she had to do the same on the show. Due to health problems, the contestant could not win the show. She is currently a tourist guide.
Paul Preece
Paul Preece, a mining expert from Knoxville, Tennessee, is 47 years old and the third winner of the survival game show. He joined the series so he could provide a better life for his children. Since the player grew up poor, he learned many skills that helped him during the game.

Andrea Hilderbrand is an engineer from Charlotte, North Carolina, and she is 51 years old. She has a lot of outdoor experience, but had to give up racing early due to health issues.

Joel Hungate, a biomedical engineer from McCordsville, Indiana, is 33 years old. He grew up on a pig farm and always took pride in his ability to bring people together. He played the game honestly and quit when he had enough. Currently, he recounts his time in the woods through interviews.
