Darrell Edward Brooks Jr. is a 40-year-old American rapper, better known on the music scene as MathBoi Fly. He was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Brooks lived parts of his life in Peoria, Illinois, Richmond, California, Sparks, Nevada and Reno, Nevada. He is the son of Dawn Woods.
He is believed to be the son of Dawn Woods, weighs 150 pounds and is 5 feet 7 inches tall and was sentenced to life in prison.
Brooks was charged with six counts of first-degree intentional homicide and 70 additional counts in connection with the Waukesha Christmas Parade on November 21, 2021.

The panel deliberated for two hours Tuesday before reconvening Wednesday morning. It took the jury just over three hours to find Brooks responsible for the attack on all 76 counts against him.
Added to these charges were six counts of first-degree intentional homicide, each punishable by life in prison. Brooks lowered his head to his forehead, buried his face in his hands and looked down as the decision was read.
On November 21, 2021, Brooks’ red Ford Blazer SUV crashed into the Christmas parade procession, killing at least six people and injuring at least 61 others. Police and others responded to help the injured along a four-block stretch and at the same time began searching for the driver.
Before the verdicts were announced, people dressed in blue Waukesha Strong sweatshirts gathered outside the courtroom with bowed heads and silent prayers.
Waukesha County District Judge Jennifer Dorow scheduled a hearing Monday to decide whether to set a sentencing date, and she said she would allow victims to submit their statements via Zoom.
However, Judge Jennifer Dorow sentenced Brooks to life in prison without the possibility of parole on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, on each of six counts of first-degree intentional homicide with a dangerous weapon.

Darrell Brooks’ mother is Dawn Woods. She is also from Wisconsin in the United States of America.
She worked as a nursing assistant at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee and as a personal care assistant at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
She graduated from West Division Senior High School in Milwaukee in 1978. Milwaukee High School of the Arts is the new name of the institution. In 1982, she gave birth to twins Darrell Edward Brooks Jr. and Eboni Danielle Brooks in Milwaukee.
She was sharing a four-bedroom home in Arlington Heights, Milwaukee, with Darrell and Anaji, her twin sister’s child, when he shot Anaji on July 24, 2020, following an argument during a call telephone.
