Wilde was born to Monannlisa Wilde and Simon Wilde. She has the same parents as her younger brother named Josh Wilde.
Wilde’s grandparents took her “to theater performances, the opera and many musicals” when she was little. At the age of five, she began taking acting classes at the National Institute of Drama (NIDA) and the Australian Theater for Young People (ATYP).
She completed her high school education at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts before returning to NIDA and graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater in 2019.

Wilde made his television debut in 2021 in the drama series Stan Eden as a scout. According to Wilde, it was “the first audition where she instinctively knew it was the right role.”
Later that year, she played the role of Kyra opposite Samuel Adewunmi in the three-part BBC series You Don’t Know Me. Wilde developed her English accent for this role by observing British actors and actresses such as Michaela Coel and listened to them.
The horror film Talk to Me, screened at the 2022 Adelaide Film Festival and the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, was Wilde’s first feature film.
Wilde played Sophie Western in the 2023 ITV historical drama Tom Jones alongside Solly McLeod and Hannah Waddingham. She also starred alongside Christoph Waltz in the fantasy thriller The Portable Door.
Wilde was cast to play the main character Mia Polanci in the Netflix series Everything Now in August 2022. She will soon be seen in the Netflix series Boy Swallows Universe.
