Tepperberg attended Stuyvesant High School and later earned a BBA from the University of Miami with a double major in business administration and entrepreneurship.
In 1997, Noah Tepperberg and his high school friend Jason Strauss founded Strategic Hospitality Group. This company provided consumers with a premium nightlife experience. In 2003, Tepperberg and Strauss reopened another nightclub in New York, Marquee Nightclub.
