Biography of Otis Williams
Otis Myles Jr. was born October 30, 1941 in Texarkana, Texas, to Otis Myles and Hazel Louise Williams. His parents divorced shortly after his birth, and while he was still a small child, his mother remarried. She moved to Michigan, leaving Williams to raise both grandparents. When Williams was ten, his mother took him to Detroit to live with her and his stepfather.
