Owen and Peggy had Peter Kenneth Frampton in Beckenham, Kent, UK. His father, Owen Frampton, was a teacher and head of the art department at Bromley Technical High School, which Frampton had previously attended as a young student. He first developed his interest in music when he was seven years old.
