Joshua played Frank in the 1987 TV movie Timestalkers. He later worked on films such as Blind Witness, 1996: Pacific Blue, Baywatch Nights, Timecop and The Preppie Murder. Joshua reportedly developed an interest in real estate after watching his mother sell property to prominent clients in the Hollywood Hills. As a result, Devane’s only son felt compelled to evaluate properties and predict trends.
In November 2011, he began working as a real estate professional at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. He spent a year and a half there. In April 2013, he accepted the same position with HK cLane Real Estate in La Quinta, California, and remained with the company until November of that year. For the next nine months, he worked as a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. From July 2014 to September 2015, Joshua also worked as a real estate agent at Windermere Real Estate Southern California. He works as a real estate consultant at Bennion Deville Luxury Homes. At the end of 2015, he founded the company with his wife Sondra. They currently work as a real estate team serving home buyers and sellers in the Palm Springs area.
